By using HuntTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our app.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use HuntTrack:

• In compliance with all applicable hunting laws and regulations
• Only for lawful hunting activities
• Without violating others' rights or privacy
• Without uploading inappropriate or illegal content

3. Subscriptions

HuntTrack offers subscription plans:

• Free: Basic features with 1GB storage
• Hunter ($59/year): 20GB storage and premium features
• Hunter Pro ($149/year): 200GB storage, videos, and all features

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your hunt data and photos. By using HuntTrack, you grant us permission to store and display your content within the app. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

6. Disclaimer

HuntTrack is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not responsible for hunting outcomes, safety, or compliance with local laws. Always hunt safely and legally.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HuntTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
